When not in work, Paul is either gaming or working on his next illustration. Also, he can give you a fast fact – ‘your forearm is the same size as your foot!!’
What’s the best thing about working at KDP?
Every day is different with its own unique challenges; and everyone is great at pitching in and helping with anything that needs doing.
What’s the best thing about your job?
I like the commitment to quality. I’m known in print for my eye for detail and picking up on the smallest things!
How have you progressed at KDP?
I started working in dispatch and progressed into print where I am being trained to run the HP Indigo Press. This means I’ll be off to Barcelona to HP’s training centre to complete my level one qualification.
Senior Printer/Engineer

Paul has undergone training at the HP global training centre in Barcelona.

What’s the best part about working at KDP?
I am able to work using my own initiative and management put trust in me to make my own decisions.
What’s the best part about your job?
I love working in print. We have a good team that always gets the workload done as best we can. We have some good banter but also know when there is a bit of pressure on and we have to knuckle down.
How have you progressed since joining KDP?
I’ve learned digital print on the Xeikon and HP machines, when previously I had just been working with a Flexo printer. I have been given the opportunity to develop my digital skills and I have completed my NVQ Level 2 training.
