One Big Happy Family

Kustom Design Printing Ltd employs more than 50 people at two sites in Doncaster. Our sales, customer service and design teams are based at Sidings Court in Doncaster. Our print and production teams are at our operational HQ in Kirk Sandall on the outskirts of the city. Just six miles apart — we are very much one big happy family.

Team Spirit at KDP

We believe that to work well as a team — and deliver quality printed labels, stickers and print to our customers — you need to have good team spirit! In the KDP workplace, we aim to create an environment where people feel comfortable, confident and clear about their role as a valued member of the team.

Employees are always invited to share ideas and feedback with the management team. Regular meetings, staff surveys and Slack e-newsletters foster open communication and sharing.

Celebrations of jobs-well-done are a vital part of our culture, as well as recognising and appreciating the hard work and dedication of our team members.

We also build team spirit through social activities. Each department organises its own quarterly social events and we like to strengthen inter-departmental links with a spot of healthy rivalry through monthly competitions too! Christmas parties, summer outings, charity events and themed dress-up days also feature on the KDP calendar.
